How to be a Sponsor

Greetings from the Hummelstown Arts Festival Committee!

We are excited once again to be hosting the 37th Annual Hummelstown Arts Festival on September 15, 2018 in Hummelstown, PA.  The Festival Committee is working diligently to once again offer a unique, fun, and entertaining arts weekend!

We invite you to become a sponsor for the Festival and related events.  Sponsorship offers an excellent opportunity to increase the visibility of your organization with a prominent presence at the Festival utilizing traditional media, online media, and through captive audience of those attending the event.  There are five major levels of sponsors available: Presenting Sponsor, Gold Square Sponsor, Silver Sponsor, Bronze Sponsor and Festival Friend.  Please see the breakdown on the attached material.

All proceeds of the Festival provide multiple $1,000+ scholarships to graduating Lower Dauphin students. In addition to the scholarships we support cultural, educational and other benevolent purposes for the benefit of persons living in Hummelstown and the surrounding areas which make up the Lower Dauphin School District.  Last year’s Arts Festival attracted 10,000 patrons from Central Pennsylvania.

We hope you will consider being a Sponsor for this upcoming event.  Please review the information to determine what level meets your needs. If there are any additional questions, please contact Carol Hilbert at 717-566-9222.

Thank you for your time and consideration.  We look forward to working with you to provide a positive impact to our local arts.
