Thank you for supporting the Hummelstown Arts Festival!  Proceeds from this annual fundraiser benefit college scholarships. Each year, the Robert M. Nisley Memorial Scholarship is awarded to Lower Dauphin Seniors who have exhibited excellent character and have been accepted into a degree program to major or minor in the visual and performing arts or music.
